WARRANTY
COMPREHENSIVE FIVE YEAR COMMERCIAL
AND
TWELVE YEAR RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY COVERAGE.
Global Green Savings, LLC of Miami, Florida, USA, provides that if from date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within 12 years for residential, or 5 years for commercial units, Global Green Savings, LLC will repair or exchange the affected unit free of charge.
(A) Does not apply to accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.
(B) Does not apply to units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.
(C) Does not apply to units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.
(D) Does not apply in the cases of: riots, civil disturbances, war or acts of God. This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of a replacement unit, and although this warranty outlines specific legal rights, your actual rights may vary.
(E) Installation must be by licensed electrician only, failure to do so will void the warranty.
(F) Removal of label voids warranty.
